Nota da WFCMS sobre lançamento da versão chinês-inglês da 1ª Lei da República Popular da China na Medicina Chinesa
No dia 19 de abril, a WFCMS (Federação Mundial da Associação de Medicina Chinesa) realizou em Pequim, a primeira cerimônia em comemoração ao livro publicado pela People’s Health Publishing House. Os convidados principais eram : da Federação Mundial, o Vice-Presidente Fundador e Secretário-Geral Li Zhenji, o Secretário-Geral Sang Bin-sheng da People’s Health Publishing, da Casa Centro de Medicina chinesa , o Diretor Li Li, bem como o revisor do livro no mundo e na tradução de Profissional da Comissão, Li Zhaoguo, o revisor dos especialistas em nome da União Mundial Legislativa e da Fundação Europeia da Medicina Chinesa, Sr Xinxue Calduch, da Irã Teerã Medical University O Sr. Hu Man.
Foi lembrada a ocasião da adoção pelo Congresso Nacional do Povo da China, em 25 de dezembro de 2016, a Lei da República Popular da China sobre Medicina Tradicional Chinesa (denominada “Lei de Medicina Chinesa”), que entrará em vigor 1º de julho de 2017. O Vice-presidente ressaltou: “Não só para o desenvolvimento da medicina chinesa fornece proteção legal, mas também irá incentivar o moral dos médicos chineses ultramarinos da medicina, mas também para o governo para gerenciar e desenvolver a medicina chinesa para fornecer uma referência útil para o desenvolvimento da medicina chinesa principal do mundo Têm um impacto significativo

O Secretariado lançou a “Lei de Medicina Chinesa” em tradução Inglês com os trabalhos de tradução do Comitê Profissional de Tradução da União Mundial, a fim de promover o Comitê de Legislatura da Medicina Chinesa da China, Austrália, Canadá, Espanha, Brasil, Estados Unidos, Nova Zelândia, Irã e outros membros nacionais .
A conferência de imprensa
Na fase final da Conferência de Imprensa, os meios de comunicação relevantes fizeram algumas perguntas aos convidados, o assunto era a tradução da “Chinese Medicine Act” na versão em Inglês. O Secretário-Geral da União Mundial Sang Bin-sheng, respondeu fazendo uma descrição detalhada dos efeitos externos da Medicina Chinesa com o uso generalizado no mundo e atenção a gestão legal a Medicina.

Com a “Lei Medicina chinesa” a China divulga um conteúdo que pode ser fornecido para outros países na mesma referência. Após o seu lançamento , os membros estrangeiros contataram na esperança de ter uma versão em Inglês o mais rapidamente possível, porém não havia até o momento. Com estas versões eles podem fornecer uma gestão do país anfitrião além de promover o processo legislativo local.
Os membros da Nova Zelândia estão atualmente promovendo a legislação da Medicina Chinesa com uma versão em inglês que está abordando suas necessidades imediatas. Portanto, a demanda é a liberação oportuna de “Chinese Medicine Law (chinês e Inglês)” versão, isso irá desempenhar um papel importante na Medicina Chinesa no mundo.

为了让世界中联分布在世界各地的会员、相关团体和广大中医药从业者可以方便获取，准确了解该法的内容，进而促进中医药在世界各国的健康发展，世界中联秘书处发起了《中医药法》的英文翻译工作。翻译工作得到世界中联翻译专业委员会、促进中医立法委员会和来自中国、澳大利亚、加拿大、西班牙、巴西、美国、新西兰、伊朗等国家会员专家的积极响应。
在新闻发布会的最后阶段，相关媒体对本次展会的情况向在场嘉宾进行提问，在问及世界中联翻译的《中医药法》英文版将对促进该法的国际传播起到很好的作用时，世界中联秘书长桑滨生做了详细的说明，从中医药法发布的外围影响来看，随着中医药在世界范围的广泛应用和关注，世界各国愈加重视对中医药的法制管理。已经有数十个国家制定了中医、中药或针灸相关的法律。中国是中医药的发源国，中国发布《中医药法》，不仅可以有效地保护、扶持和促进中国中医药的发展，更能影响、带动中医药在其他国家的规范化进程。中国《中医药法》的内容更可以为其他国家的管理提供借鉴。《中医药法》发布以后，我们国外的会员很受鼓舞，很多会员跟我们联系，希望能尽快有一个英文版本，他们可以提供给所在国的管理部门，以促进当地的立法进程。我们新西兰的会员目前正在推动新西兰中医立法工作，我们的英文版正解决了他们的燃眉之急。所以今天，我们正是在这种迫切的需求下，及时地发布《中医药法（中英对照）》版本。相信这将对中医药更好走向世界起到重要的作用。
